ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

To custom-build your EIKLOR® gas logs system:

  1. Select which burner system you want. Choose according to how many stainless steel burners you want in your system; the more burners the more flame distribution for realism and beauty. EIKLOR FLAMES® patented burner systems with heavy-duty iron grates are available in custom sizes and front-view and see-thru designs.
  2. Select which log style looks best in your room décor. Our log sets consists of a front log, a back log, and twigs.
  3. Select which factory mounted control valve you want to operate your system with.

To buy your EIKLOR® gas logs system:

  1. Please search our database using our Store Locator. If the store does not carry the EIKLOR® gas logs system you are interested in, or if there is not a store conveniently located near you we will sell to you direct.
  2. To buy from us direct, and to discuss the important technical answers about your fireplace such as size, gas piping and fuel type, please contact EIKLOR FLAMES® Sales Department toll-free at 888.295.5647 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST and we will promptly answer your call.

To install your EIKLOR® gas logs system:

  1. All EIKLOR FLAMES® gas logs systems are factory set and burn tested so most of the set-up is already done for you.
  2. Your EIKLOR® gas logs system comes with a generous amount of embers and lava rock.
  3. ALL EIKLOR FLAMES® GAS LOGS SYSTEMS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED PLUMBER, LICENSED GAS FITTER, OR IN SOME LOCALITIES A QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL CODES.
  4. Your EIKLOR® gas logs system comes with an installation video and an owner's manual and warranty card. The installation is easy and should take no more than an hour.
  5. Your EIKLOR® gas logs system is built as a system and no replacement parts are involved. Your burner system and logs have a lifetime warranty and your factory mounted control valve has a one-year warranty.

To maintain your EIKLOR® gas logs system:

  1. Periodically have your qualified installer clean the pilot light and adjust it, perform adjustments to your burner system, clean the logs and make sure that everything is working properly.
